Will Gargano make himself a part of this feud too?

This is not the same Johnny Gargano we all know and love. The man who confronted Aleister Black backstage was a very different man, changed by what's happened to him. He warned Aleister Black that Ciampa could not become the next champion. Black cordially asked Gargano to let him handle things!
Except Black did not know how sadistic a man Ciampa can be. Ciampa attacked Black backstage, laying him out viciously. The feud is well and truly underway now. Will Ciampa become the next NXT Champion? Will Gargano involve himself in this feud? The coming weeks should provide a lot many answers.

Adam Cole had a close shave during the opening contest

Adam Cole and Danny Burch had a fantastic opening contest, where it seemed like Burch had the upper hand at certain points. Yet, Cole picked up a big win with the Last Shot. He even kicked out of Burch's finisher- The Tower of London.
Herein lies a big component that differentiates NXT from the main roster. Jeff Hardy was pinned in a non-title match on live TV. NXT will hardly ever showcase their champions as weak, even on weekly television. What is next for Adam Cole? I think great things are due for him, over the coming months.

Could Candice LeRae become Shayna Baszler's next challenger?

Thus far, Candice LeRae has only been a sideshow character in the ongoing Ciampa-Gargano saga. This could potentially change with the events that transpired this week. Shayna Baszler and Candice LeRae got into a backstage altercation and had to be pulled apart. It was great to see that LeRae would not back down from anybody, even Baszler. In other news, Dakota Kai and Lacey Evans also got into a nasty verbal battle and have now kickstarted a feud of their own.

Tyler Bate could not bear to see his friend in peril

When these four men got into the ring and took each other to the limit, the crowd was absolutely ecstatic at once. All of the competitors worked wonderfully with one another telling a fantastic story, centered around Trent Seven. The story of how The Undisputed ERA were sharks, smelling blood, attacking Seven's leg and taking it apart piece by piece.
The announcers must be commended for how they called this match. Against the backdrop of the NXT Universe chanting 'this is awesome' and 'NXT', the announcers spoke of the agony and anguish that Trent Seven was feeling as a result of the punishment he was enduring. They also spoke of the bond between Tyler Bate and Trent Seven, and how much this punishment was affecting the babyface Bate.

Kairi Sane made a bold statement with a big win

At first glance, the diminutive Kairi Sane does not seem like a performer with the vast offensive array she is known for. When the bell rings, she's like a torpedo, taking her opponents down with precision and power at once. This week, Sane took on Vanessa Borne in an exciting contest.
The announcers touched upon the fact that Borne hadn't won all that many matches since she came to NXT. They also spoke about how she was putting in the hours and how her stock was rising with every passing week. That said, Sane did not take too long to defeat the significantly larger Borne with a brand new finisher she proudly calls 'The Anchor'.And then, following her victory, Kairi Sane got down to business. She issued a challenge to Shayna Baszler, leading to William Regal announcing a massive match.

It was nice knowing The Revival

Cageside Seats suggests that The Revival will be fed to the legends at Raw 25. The duo made a dig at several Hall of Famers, including Shawn Michaels and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, during the previous episode of the flagship show and will likely receive their comeuppance this Monday.
The Ascension was placed in a similar spot during the Raw Reunion show in 2015, where they interrupted an NWO promo and received a beating from The New Age Outlaws and The APA for their troubles.

It looks like Chris Jericho may not return after all

On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Chris Jericho's status for Raw 25 was "up in the air." The two parties reportedly couldn't strike a deal as of January 19, 2018.
Even though he just wrestled Kenny Omega and is set to have a match with Tetsuya Naito, Jericho is, contractually, a free agent. In fact, Meltzer reported last week that several NJPW executives expected the former WWE Champion to appear at Raw 25.

How many legends will return to the ring?

@TicketDrew, a wrestling insider, recently tweeted that Raw 25 would feature a legends battle royal at the Manhattan Center. During an appearance on X-Pac's podcast, Scott Hall stated that the WWE office asked him to bring his wrestling gear, only adding fuel to this fire.

A Battle Royal would also be an interesting way to utilise Superstars such as the Dudley Boyz and MVP who can't anchor segments on a show of this magnitude.

Will the Roman Empire fall?

On a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer suggested that Roman Reigns would lose the Intercontinental Championship to The Miz at Raw 25.
The Georgia Tech product is currently pencilled in to dethrone Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and is certain to drop the Intercontinental title before the Show of Shows. The Miz has also proven to be a more-than-capable Champion; he will likely carry the IC title into WrestleMania and defend it in a multi-man match.

Will these two titans of wrestling finally square off at WrestleMania?

According to a report from Cageside Seats, The Undertaker and John Cena will set up their WrestleMania match at Raw 25.After his exit at WrestleMania 33, most people assumed that The Deadman wouldn't wrestle again. However,
it now appears that he will step back into the ring in New Orleans, the sight of his first defeat at the Showcase of the Immortals, for one last match.A match between John Cena and The Undertaker has been rumoured for several years and doesn't have the same allure without the Streak.

Daniel Bryan could be the biggest surprise of Royal Rumble weekend

Whether you put stock in betting odds or not, you cannot argue that when it comes to predicting outcome in WWE matches, they have been fairly accurate in the past.
However, when those same odds skyrocket someone like Daniel Bryan to the third favourite spot for winning the Royal Rumble, I don't blame people for being cautious.

Roman Reigns is currently favourite to walk out of Wrestlemania 34 as Universal Champion

This is the first of two betting odds stories, and believe it or not, this is the most likely of the two, despite being for an event that's several months away, with a match card that hasn't been finalised yet.
But don't let a little thing like announced matches get in the way of the bookmakers predicting who will be Universal Champion at Wrestlemania, with the odds currently overwhelmingly in the favour of 'The Big Dog' Roman Reigns.

Pete Dunne also cancels an indy show during Royal Rumble weekend

While we're on the subject of wrestlers linked with the WWE pulling out of independent obligations on Royal Rumble weekend, there's a strong chance that Pete Dunne will be appearing in the Royal Rumble, or NXT TakeOver, the day before.
However, this one seems a little less covert than EC3's pulling out, as the promotion that Dunne was scheduled to appear for, Britannia Wrestling Promotion, outright stated he couldn't make the show because WWE had called Dunne back to America ahead of the Royal Rumble weekend.

WWE signing War Machine almost didn't happen

One of the big recent additions to the WWE roster this week were the tag-team War Machine, who'd made quite the name for themselves on the independent circuit and are set to become stars in a WWE ring.
However, it has been revealed that the popular tag-team almost didn't make it into the WWE because there were fears over Raymond Rowe passing the company's extensive medical test, as he'd received a previous neck injury that could have disqualified him.

Ethan Carter seems set to rejoin WWE

At this point, this almost doesn't seem like a rumor when you consider all of the evidence and insider knowledge that suggests that it's pretty much a done deal, but we'll start off with the rumblings that EC3 is WWE bound after leaving Impact Wrestling.
The evidence is fairly overwhelming as well, we've already seen that he's dropped out of an indy date on the same day as the Royal Rumble, meaning there's a chance he'll be a surprise entrant in the event.

Daniel Bryan is the talk of this week's WWE rumor mill

The last week or so of WWE related hearsay and speculation has centred around the historic RAW 25th Anniversary show and the upcoming Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, both
of which have been the cause of an avalanche of speculation. But have no fear, we're here to guide you through the best and most noteworthy rumors over the last seven days.

John Cena teased for return on Christmas edition of WWE Raw

WWE have teased of a possible return for John Cena during the Christmas edition of Monday Night Raw.   John Cena took a break from WWE after the
No Mercy PPV and was back for an one-off stint at the Survivor Series event as part of the Smackdown Live brand and is currently busy promoting the animation movie, Ferdinand in which he lends his voice for the lead character of a bull.

Two big matches to be announced for WWE Royal Rumble

The WWE Universe is set to witness two huge matches at the upcoming dual brand PPV from WWE Raw, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer. The matches being
discussed is Kane vs. Braun Strowman in a battle of two monsters and Roman Reigns will take on against Samoa Joe for the Intercontinental title at Royal Rumble, the first co-brand PPV of 2018 where both Raw and Smackdown will be involved to kick-off the Wrestlemania season.

Hulk Hogan to return on WWE Raw 25th anniversary

The longest running weekly episodic television show in history, WWE Raw gears up to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the show in January at both Barclays Center and Manhattan Center. When it comes to celebrations like this,
nobobody can match the biggest pro-wrestling promotion of the world. So, various legends from the past, as well as all the superstars from the current roster from both Raw and Smackdown are expected to involved to make the event worth a watch.

WWE announce brand new Mixed Match Challenge show on Facebook

WWE is always one step ahead while coming up with innovative ideas and this is why they are considered to be the giant in the pro-wresting industry. And this time,
they come with an announcement of a brand new concept that will be streamed exclusively via social media as WWE have partnered with Facebook to start a new show from January 16th onwards.
